Terms & Conditions

You may browse, search and order for personal or business use. You may not scrape the catalogue, resell our product content, or attempt to disrupt the store or its ordering system.

• All prices are in AED and include applicable VAT.
• Stock levels shown on product pages are live but can change while you check out.
• Product photos are indicative; packaging and colour shades may vary slightly.
• We may correct an obvious pricing error and will contact you before dispatch if it affects your order.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we confirm it and dispatch it. Payment is Cash on Delivery: you pay the courier on arrival. We may cancel an order if the item is unavailable, the address cannot be reached, or repeated deliveries are refused.

Wholesale quotes are valid for 7 days and depend on stock at the time of confirmation. Bulk orders may require partial prepayment, have their own minimum quantities, and are not covered by the 7-day consumer return window.

Consumer returns follow our Returns & Refunds policy: 7 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging.

We are responsible for delivering the products you ordered in the condition described. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for damage caused by misuse of a product or use contrary to its instructions. Nothing here limits rights you have under UAE consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
